  • 30-Min Headstands

    30-Min Headstands

    In this 30-min all-levels class we'll be diving into the world of yoga-style arm balances, starting with headstands (and variations). Class will include a thorough wrist and shoulder warm up, and plenty of drills to practice getting upside down (comfortably and safely!). Funky leg & arm variations will be given for more advanced students. No previous experience (or bendiness) necessary! SOME WALL SPACE IS REQUIRED.

    30-Min Handstand (or Forearm Stand) Balance Drills

    Join me for a half-hour of some of my favorite drills for training our body to BALANCE in our handstands and/or forearm stands. We'll work on both straight-back "open shoulders" type balances, as well as "closed shoulders" (more backbend-y) balances. PREREQUISITES: Students MUST be able to kick up to a handstand or forearm stand at the wall. Wall space is required for this class.

  • 30-Min Handstand Conditioning

    30-Min Handstand Conditioning

    Do you feel like your strength is holding you back in your handstands and other arm balances? Join me for a 30-min conditioning class where we'll help build the foundational wrist, shoulder and core strength needed for handstands. Handstands are NOT required for this class - variations of conditioning drills will be offered for all levels, including folks who can't yet do a handstand.

  • 30-Min "Desk Reset"

    30-Min "Desk Reset"

    Join me for a half-hour stretch to help "undo" the typical slouchy desk posture. Class will include both active and passive drills for hip, back, shoulder and neck flexibility.
